All of our floral work and designs are done in our studio and based on what's most important to you— favourite flowers, vibe, traditions and of course, budget.
I work closely with you to provide a personal and fun experience. We will talk about what inspires you, your love story and what you find beautiful. Using this as my template, I will create a unique floral concept for your event that is solely yours.

From an overall floral aesthetic, colour palette and flower selections, ceremony and reception design — to delivery of your personal flowers to your getting ready location and full set up of your floral design on your wedding day.
As much as we would love to be a part of all weddings, our floral minimum is $6000 (before HST) to ensure we maintain the style and quality of our floral creations and service our clients have come to expect from us!
Typically our clients spend between $7000-$10,000 and this may include rentals such as candles and vase/pedestal rentals as well as labour for delivery, set up and tear down.

THIS IS WHAT OUR COLLABORATIVE PROCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
1. Inquiry
We’ll kick things off with a meeting all about YOU—to personalize your florals and vibe so they reflect who you are as a couple.
We’ll chat all things budget, colour and design to get a clear idea of how to turn all your floral dreams into reality.

2. Design Proposal
This is where design (my favourite part!) comes into play. we’ll get started on creating an entire design proposal that aligns with the aesthetic of your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.
Did we get it right? We will then move forward with a retainer and contract —woooo, you’re in our calendar!!
Now that we’re yours — you can keep in touch for any guidance needed to ensure a coherence with the other design details. I got you!!
3. Final Details
2 months out— we will connect to go over your final numbers, layout and make any revisions to your invoice before the balance is due 60 days out.
4. Wedding Day
And finally— it’s WEDDING DAY! The key to a perfect wild vogel wedding is all about the thoroughness of the design process, and you already know we’ve got that covered.
We do it all—all you’ll have to worry about is having a stress-free, love-filled celebration and have the best day ever!

I strive to use local flowers as much as possible and materials that are recyclable and reusable. I proudly work with a local flower collective that has brought together a remarkable group of local women farmers.
Wild Vogel was born out of my dream to create beautiful and inspired florals for you and your favourite people to swoon over.
Your wedding and wedding flowers should be as unique and exceptional as your love. Which is why I do not offer packages— instead I will create a fully custom quote, mood board and overall vibe proposal that best suits your personality, vision and venue.
